TMN-Mariposa Chicago is dedicated to ensuring that Seniors wishing to stay in their own homes can do it without the worry of maintaining their property. Physical reasons are one of the main reasons Seniors are forced to leave their homes. Loss of independence is something that no one wants, but, unfortunately, it happens. We do what we can to keep the loss of independence to a minimum. Peace of mind is what we believe in.

This is how we operate:  We utilize "Independently Contracted Agents" ("Mariposa Agents"). They work with us, not for us. We partner together to ensure our mutual Clients are taken care of. Clients include not only Senior homeowners but Seniors with income property and vacant land as well. Every Client has their own Mariposa Agent whom they can call when needed, and whom they can count on. Mariposa Agents are the ones who ensure maintenance projects are done correctly, and done the way their Clients want them done. Occasionally there may be a project that requires a licensed, bonded, and insured professional Independent Contractor. Mariposa Agents work with these Independent Contractors to ensure that everything is done right. Promoting continuity by having a familiar and trusted person for every Client is what we believe in.

​This is a basic rundown of service:  Once a Client contacts their Mariposa Agent (or once a prospective Client contacts our office and a Mariposa Agent is assigned to them), The Mariposa Agent will get to work. They will meet and discuss the needs required of the Client.  Once all details are agreed upon, the Mariposa Agent will either do what is needed right then and there, or decide what the best course of action may be. If an Independent Contractor is required, the Mariposa Agent will get all pricing, and if and when approved by the homeowner or the homeowner's representative, provide a proposal with strategies and pricing to their Client for approval. Upon the completion of a project, a final sign-off by the Mariposa Agent and their Client occurs, and an invoice is sent out. There are no additional charges, hidden fees, or any other "surprise" invoices or billing. One invoice per project is how we operate. We also work with Seniors on fixed incomes. Affordability is what we aim for, however, sometimes things need to get done when money isn't there. No worries as Mariposa Agents work with Clients to "figure it out" when needed. Affordability and fairness to all is something we believe in.
