TMN, Inc. and its divisions operate as a consulting and services firm and operate via "Mariposa Agents" (Independently Contracted Agents or "ICA") to offer property inspection and compliance services. All are under contractual obligation to adhere to our "Code of Ethics" and our "Standards, and Practices". All are vetted before becoming ICAs and all operate as independent business entities, with controlled interest from TMN, Inc. and/or TMN-MC. Except as indicated within the contractual agreement between TMN and the ICA TMN, Inc. and/or TMN-MC will not be liable for any actions or inactions of the ICA. TMN, Inc. and/or TMN-MC, will review complaints, incidents, and concerns, and will attempt mediation and/or legal recourse, when necessary, TMN and/or TMN-MC assumes no legal responsibility or authority over ICAs, except as where required by the laws of the respective jurisdictions overseeing the corporation.

 

TMN-MC operates "The Mariposa Contractor Network", a proprietary network of partnership agreements with independent Contractors from various building, construction, and maintenance trades. These contractors are the entities that perform some of the various inspections that require a licensed, bonded, and insured specialist. These contractors are referred to as "Network Associates" ("NA"). All are vetted before becoming NAs and all retain their business entity without control from TMN, Inc. and/or TMN-MC. Except as indicated within the Code of Ethics given to each NA, TMN, Inc., and/or TMN-MC will not be liable for any actions or inactions of NAs. TMN, Inc. and/or TMN-MC, and the ICA's will review complaints, incidents, and concerns, and will attempt mediation and/or legal recourse, when necessary, TMN, Inc. and/or TMN-MC assumes no legal responsibility or authority over NA's, except as where required by the laws of the respective jurisdictions overseeing the corporation.
