Preventative Maintenance Programs

Preventative Maintenance includes items that should be routinely done to an appliance or fixture. The most well-known are furnace filters. Other maintenance needs would be washing windows, furnace cleaning, air conditioner cleaning and testing, smoke detector/carbon dioxide alarm testing, irrigation system shut-down and start-up, swimming pool opening and closing, and chimney sweeping, just to name a few. Scheduled Maintenance Programs​​​​​

Scheduled maintenance can include monthly, weekly, and bi-weekly property maintenance. The most common is landscape maintenance. Other types of maintenance would include tree trimming, swimming pool maintenance, and trash service, just to name a few. Your Mariposa Agent can get "Scheduled Maintenance" taken care of for you.

Unscheduled Maintenance Programs
